The California Photo Festival is located on the beautiful Central Coast of California, approximately halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco. The festival indoor events are centered in San Luis Obispo, which has an airport (San Luis Obispo County Airport, KSBP). Connecting flights arrive into San Luis Obispo from San Francisco (KSFO), Los Angeles (KLAX), and Phoenix (KPHX). Train service by Amtrak and bus service by Greyhound are also available into San Luis Obispo. Events will take place in San Luis Obispo, Los Osos, Morro Bay, Paso Robles, and Cayucos. Most all of our indoor events will take place at Embassy Suites in San Luis Obispo and Light Photography Workshops in Los Osos. If the below hotels fill up there are surrounding hotels and lodging in Los Osos at the Green Cottage vacation rental and the Back Bay Inn. Most carpooling will happen either at Embassy Suites in San Luis Obispo or at the Von's shopping center near Light Workshops in Los Osos.
